Dark reise rom is created by Matheus Reis and the rom is created to improve the phone performance in playing games and running applications
This rom was found to play Gta3 with 5% increase in performance compare to other roms.
What Is Working:

* Bootanimation the same as that of blue jelly revenge
*velocity tweak included
*Fix force close of youtube app
* Added titaniun backup pro
* Added root explorer
* Battery calibration added
* Pre rooted
* Notification bar with many more options( lidroid 14 toggles)
* Transperancy 80%
* Good for games and application(Gta3)
INSTALLATION PROCEDURES:
*Place Darkreise v1.0.zip in the root of your sdcard.
*Boot into cwm recovery
*In cwm,select "install zip from sdcard".
*Select "choose zip from sdcard" now choose the darkreis rom.zip
*Wait untill installation completes
*Wipe data and cache from cwm
*Reboot system and wait for systen to reboot(4 minutes)

Its not a CM9 rom. Only the bootanimation is of CM9 which is not a tough job. The rom is cutomized though. Work on CM9 was initiated by some fellow, Adnan over xda but it flopped like anything.

Deletenot true about saving battery even worse than normal samsung ROM, im going back to Blackstar much better!!
ReplyDeleteNo custom rom can save battery unless and until the breakeven value of RAM is not modified and the automation of Packet Data Signal is done/controlled (i.e available on demand only). So its always a better option to cook ur own rom.

use blackstar for performance wise. jellymod v1.5 for beauty. I really like the lookd of jellymod (mms, transparent status bar, it use small lidroid 14 toggles which maximize the space of status bar which is i find more beautiful) hope blackstar rom would add this features to their next updates.
