Before you flash the rom do a nadroid backup first so that when you on bootloop you will restore you phone on cwm recovery if you want xxlf5 go here galaxypocketandroids.wordpress.com/2013/03/22/how-to-flash-stock-firmwarexxlf5-for-galaxy-pocket-download-the-stock/

FOR all people asking for reflashing your ROM to stock. Make a backup of your stock ROM via CWM and put the backup on a PC in a very safe place, make a backup of the stock ROM again on a CD,Pen drive,Hard Disk,Ps3,Xbox360,another mobile, SD card etc... Then if you want to flash to stock ROM place the backup in a file call clockworkmod/backup/*here* reboot in CWM select backup and restore
backup/backup from external BAM finished
