ReplyDeleteDude its okay if u dont back up . Just go to ur settings phone info check ur kernel an download it . Afterwards u can keep that as ur default kernel now u can install another kernel by flashing in cwm if u have problems like freezing ur phone and u need to restart it just flash ur downloaded default kernel no need to restore and wait for it .

DeleteKernels are flashed on cwm, and you backup kernels using nadroidbackup.. Backup the whole system.

ReplyDeleteI just assist here and I'm nt xxdeveloperrom telling the truth I have his rom I found it on 4shared I've searched for it the time he commented and say he made an ics rom I've strted googling and found a 4shared link written galaxypocketplusaka wat ! Wat ! Then I've search agein for the stable one ow I was like this dude delted the 4shared link. I'm using his frst version its stable to me I heard that some a complain I gave the links to my pals they are using the ics rom and its stable, its tru the rom is the same as the pocket plus we've dne some compression to see if all them same act... Settings,statusbar. That's my stry about ics rom. I'm nt a developer I'm just an author and geek I'm just here to assist.

Deleteso i turn off my phone , boot to recovery , use cwm , choose this kernel , then reboot ? thats it ? does it affect files in my system and sdcard ?
ReplyDeleteNo it dsnt affect ur files in sd card but in ur system it might slow down if u use wrong settings

i thought ics for sgp has still a lot of bugs like status bar , wifi , sms , bluetooth , mms and network . the creator of cyanogen for sgp said so .
ReplyDeleteInfuzion kernel has its own instructions check them on sdfiles or just flash on recovery mode or cwm about the kernel backup. You have to download nw stock rom.
